It is really important to take good care of yourself and to look immaculate from head to toe. You can have beautiful feet by following some quick easy

steps and step forward with your best feet. I am going to share some secrets for the wellness of your feet.

Tips to get healthy, clean and good-looking feet.

- Check your feet regularly for any cuts, wounds, blisters or crack. If the blister or wound bothers you, you may take the advice of a healthcare specialist.

- Clean your feet daily. Keep your feet in lukewarm soapy water for twenty minutes and then wash well with cool water. Use a scrubber to remove the dead cells.  Use a pumice stone to smooth callus and corns.  Apply a foot cream after drying your feet with a towel. Make sure you keep your feet dry, especially between the toes.

- Apply sunscreen lotion if you plan to go out in the sun, wearing sandals.

- Clip your nails often. Do not let the nails grow too long. Put on a branded nail polish.

- Avoid wearing tight foot wears. Wear comfortable shoes that fit well. Always wear socks, preferably made of cotton or wool. Do not wear wet shoes.

- Feet massage gives good relaxation. Feet massage makes you feel that you are in heaven. You can massage your feet using olive oil, warm milk, yogurt or fresh lemon juice. Clean and dry your feet before you plan for a feet massage. Rub oil or lotion on your feet and extend to ankles. Massage your feet slowly and do not miss any part of your feet. Warm up your feet by doing some basic stretches. Gently massage in the space between the toes. And finally, wash your feet in lukewarm water and apply cream. An effective feet massage stimulates functions of internal organs. It stimulates the lymph system. A professional pedicure is also recommended. Feet massage helps recover tired muscles after standing for a long time or after doing exercise.

- Wash your feet before going to bed. After washing apply a moisturizer on your feet and not between the toes.
