You can't stay young forever. You become older by an year at the end of each birthday. Getting old is unavoidable, but you can avoid the physical

consequences of aging if you follow some nutrition habits. If you follow some healthy food habits you will look young and feel young. Here are a few suggestions to keep you young.

The diet you take should be rich in fiber content. Fruits are rich in fibers. They also are rich in antioxidants. Plenty of fruits in your diet will keep you young. Vegetables, especially the green leafy ones must be taken in large quantities. Fish is rich in nutrition needed to keep you young. Include fish in your diet. Nuts too are needed to keep you young. Your diet should be a balanced one that has carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and proteins. It is wise to take light meals five times a day instead of two or three heavy meals.
Drink lots and lots of water. Drink at least eight glasses of water per day. You will feel energetic and brisk throughout the day. Don't wait to feel thirsty to drink water. Make it a habit to drink plenty of water even if you don't feel thirsty.

Avoid eating junk food and food with a lot of fat content. They just add weight to your body without adding the necessary nutrients. Avoid fried foods, cakes and cream.
Reduce the intake of cheese, salt and sugar.  Avoid taking preserved food that are sure to contain excessive salt or sugar. Freshly cooked food is the best for anti aging.
Make sure you consume caffeine in moderate amounts. Too much coffee will lead to addiction and may harm your nervous system.
